You are allowed one free license print following the approval of an initial or renewal transaction or any demographic or qualification change. You may save the web screen to your desktop for future prints.You may have to remove pop-up blocker to utilize.

SBS Online Services
You may register to access your license information online to view details, submit address changes and print duplicate licenses. Maryland no longer issues letters of certification.

Producer License Renewal Instructions

Online Producer License Renewal Application
You will be directed to State Based Systems (through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners) to access Maryland's online licensing. This system is used to license all lines of insurance producers, as well as insurance advisors, public adjusters, third party administrators, surplus lines brokers, viatical settlement brokers and providers, and motor vehicle rental companies/franchisees.

Title Insurance Renewals 
All Title Insurance Producers submitting a renewal or reinstatement application  after 7/1/2009 must use the Uniform Renewal/Reinstatement application(s) below. On-line applications will not be accepted. Please submit your application, payment, and updated bond(s) in the amount of $150,000 or rider/amendment to the active bond currently on file directly to the Maryland Insurance Administration to have your license renewed/reinstated.
