Public Hearing on the Substitution of Benefits Under the Maryland State Benchmark Plan for Essential Health Benefits

*11/13/12 UPDATE: The meeting now will be held in the Francis Scott Key Room on the 22nd floor of 200 St. Paul Place, Baltimore.

The Maryland Insurance Commissioner will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the creation and enforcement of the substitution rules for benefit design under the State’s Essential Health Benefits Benchmark Plan on November 16, 2012, at 9 a.m. at the Maryland Insurance Administration, 200 St. Paul Place, 24th floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.

Interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and testify. Interested parties also may submit written comments at or before the time of the hearing. ​
