Insurance Fraud and Producer Enforcement Division

​This division investigates and prosecutes civil and criminal insurance fraud committed by insurance companies, agents, consumers and the general public. It reviews fraud plans and annual fraud statistics submitted by insurance companies. Insurance Administration staff, Maryland State Police and Maryland Assistant Attorneys General staff the Insurance Fraud Division.
